A family business
Driven by his passion and love for cycling, Jaime Rosenbluth immigrated from Bolivia in the 1970s to found La Bicycletterie JR in 1987.
He took part in La Vélorution of the 80s and 90s, fighting alongside Claire Morrissette and "Bicycle Bob" Silverman. By joining cycling demonstrations and helping advance Montreal's bike paths, Jaime put down deep roots in the city's cycling community.
His son Yanick is now taking over, carrying on the cycling legacy of Jaime and La Bicycletterie JR.
